Introducing “Transform” - a 6 month intimate container for mothers who are on a quest to break free from the unrealistic standards of modern motherhood so that they can pave a better way for themselves, their children and their families. This is for women who are on healing journeys - honoring their authenticity, vulnerability and truth, so that they can become their most confident, content and connected selves, living a life full of joy and purpose.

Explore how the predominant Western Style of parenting (Intensive Mothering) fuels overwhelm, resentment, shame and burnout
Recognise the idealised images of “mother” and how these unrealistic standards reinforce self-sacrifice and “mum guilt”
Discover what is actually most important to you, not what society says should be important to you and your family
Understand the enormity of the transformation a woman undergoes when she becomes a mother and how the experience of matrescence invites you to step out of your comfort zone, recreate yourself and cultivate the best version of yourself. In this module we will:
Gain a deep understanding of matrescence and how this impacts your sense of identity within motherhood
Reclaim the pieces that make you feel like the most joyful, fulfilled and alive version of yourselves by learning how to prioritise youself

Here we begin to look at your life through a lens of self-compassion while recognising the immense invisible labor and narrative of self sacrifice that occurs within a system that isn’t set up to value mothers. In this module we will:
Learn to separate from familial and cultural stories so that you can thrive in motherhood
Cultivate a more self-loving life so that you can parent from a place of abundance - rather than depletion and unrealistic expectations
Discover and create nurturing practices of self-care to support your journey in motherhood
Access clarity around your needs and know when and how to say no (and why it can feel so challenging).
Explore why the greatest education your children will receive is what you choose to model for them
This is where we get vulnerable and dive deep into cultivating a more self-loving life that benefits your family as much as it does you. In this module we will:

I am a mother to a little boy who inspires me everyday to put curiosity, wonder and connection as my top priorities. Since his birth, I am clearer on how I want to create a life that exemplifies love.

I've dedicated the past eight years of my career as an Occupational Therapist to supporting women on their own journeys of self-discovery and mental health. I have since combined this knowledge with my passion of supporting women during motherhood and hope that the material I share can act as a soft landing place for you to explore your own transformation.
Going through my own challenges and facing my own fears is what led me to create this very course you’re reading about. I had to get curious about what parts of myself brought up feelings of guilt, shame, inadequacy, resentment, grief, and loneliness and learn how to tend to them with care and compassion.
And then I stumbled upon the word “matrescence” in Amy Taylor Kabbaz’s book: Mama Rising - and suddenly this inner split made sense. Suddenly there was a word that held space for me as a woman AND a mother to explore and honour this version of myself that was emerging. Amy’s work spoke to the profound impact motherhood was having on every area of my life; my experience of myself, my relationships and my hopes and dreams for the future.
Overtime I began to speak about my experience in both my personal, and professional life and soon learned that what was part of my lived experience of motherhood was universal - other mamas were feeling similar things.
This program is in recognition of how motherhood changes us; and offers us the opportunity to rediscover a new version of ourselves. This program is for the woman that deeply believes that there has to be another way to do motherhood and has felt a stirring within her for something more – more ease, more clarity, more confidence, more support and MORE. And that motherhood can be the greatest gift in learning how to honor our inherent worth, creativity and capacity if given the opportunity.
